Great customer service
I bought the $100 gift card at Christmas time and then had misplaced the email with the gift card code in it so when I went to use it, I couldn’t find it. I contacted the company and they immediately resent it to me. THEN I ******* up the checkout process and used Shop Pay instead of my gift card and once again, customer service responded super quickly and helped me cancel the order so I can re-place the order using my gift card. Fantastic experience and super friendly (and patient ) staff!
