Maximize the benefits of DiO with the recommended mixture and application method. Simply shake well before use, and mix DiO with water in a ratio of either 30% DiO to 70% water for a normal mixture, or 50% DiO to 50% water for an enhanced mixture. For recent injuries, use cold water, otherwise use hot or warm water. Soak a wrap in the mixture, wrap the affected area, and keep the wrap moist using the remaining mixture and a spray bottle or syringe. For optimal results, keep the wrap on for 36-48 hours.
